The Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted to Donald C. Johnson the title to this patent and the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, or selling this invention throughout the United States of America, or importing the invention into the United States of America for the term set forth of twenty years.
This patent means the U.S. government has recognized that LyfGard Enterprises, Inc. has a unique and innovative concept. Thus, enabling the manufacturing and marketing of the Propeller Deflector™ as a potential solution to the occurance of accidential impact with the rigid boat propulsion units and/or boat propellers that humans, manatees, and other animal life are experiencing in the water.
